Job Description
Nationwide Insurance agency located in Brooklyn is looking for EXPERIENCED and INSURANCE LICENSED CSR's to support our Personal and Commercial Lines book of business.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
· Answering client questions regarding their policy or pay plan
· Submit client account changes, and contact clients regularly to help retain business
· Make sure account changes process correctly and timely, properly post payments to client accounts
· Billing Experience Preferred
· Commercial Experience Preferred
Job Requirements
- MUST have current Property & Casualty License
