Job Description
The customer service representative carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling customer complaints in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. The customer service representative would be in charge of handling all inbound and outbound activities for the account. Some duties would include but not limited to: Printing customer required shipping and receiving documents, reporting weekly/monthly KPIs, inventory adjustments, scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments, direct customer interaction, and other clerical duties as instructed by operations manager.
Job Requirements
HS Diploma/ GED 2 - 3 years Minimum high school diploma required, Associate preferred. Minimum two years customer service experience. Excellent computer skills required, and previous experience with Accuplus System a plus. Ability to multi-task, close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Must have above average experience with Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, formulas, and macros, etc.
