Experienced Collectors needed for well known Auto Finance company in Alpharetta, GA
IMMEDIATE OPENINGS...
Job duties:
- Collect payments that are 15-29 days past due and assist customers in bringing their accounts current.
- Assist in reducing the Region’s delinquency rate
- Effectively contribute to increasing Customer Satisfaction Scores for the Region.
- Become a productive member of the department.
- Maintain an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Work Schedule:
- Monday thru Thursday 11AM- 8PM and Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
- Along with working every other Saturday from 8:00am â€" 12:00pm (overtime)
Pay range:
$11.50 - $13.50 per hour
Please possess the following:
Have a minimum of 6 months collections experience and a stable work history
If you have a 4 year degree that is a plus
