We are hiring Customer Care Consultants which are responsible for answering telephone calls and gathering the basic information necessary to place a product/service order, or transfer the customer to the appropriate person as necessary.
- Answers incoming telephone calls in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner.
- Gather information about the customer to place product/service orders or transfer the customer to the appropriate person necessary to handle their issue.
- Inputs data into computer utilizing various Afni and client-software packages.
- Attends training to update system and product knowledge.
- Recommend new ideas and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain rapport with the customer.
- Utilize Afni and client reference information and computer software to investigate and update activity on customer account.
Job Requirements
- A high school diploma and two to six months relevant experience is preferred.
- Ability to meet typing and accuracy requirements set by the client is required.
- Capable of performing basic mathematical functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division by hand or by using a calculator is preferred.
- Ability to speak English with proper grammar and diction usage that is easily understood by the customer is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are preferred.
- Previous experience working with computers and computer applications is preferred.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment/post off drug test and background check.
