Superior is currently in need of Customer Education Trainer's who will become certified to provide customer training on a 'family' of office products for one of our clients. They will achieve customer satisfaction objectives by professionally delivering standardized training curriculum to the office product customers on an as needed basis. This is a part time position with hours varying from 0 to 40 on a weekly basis, great flexibility, as well as local travel (more than 50% of the time).
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Provide customer training on office copying/printing products using standardized lesson plans and curriculum
Adapt training to meet customer's requirements
Contact customer within 24 hours of receiving assignment to schedule training
Document and report all time and expenses related to the delivery of training on a weekly basis.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
At minimum 2 years experience with Internet and Microsoft Excel At minimum 1 year Teaching or Training Experience with interacting with others in small groups Valid Driver's License and Automobile Insurance
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Time management skills and ability to work independently Reliable transportation 2-4 years technical Sales support and/or industry experience desirable, but not required. Individuals pursuing Education or Technology degrees or certificates would be acceptable Certificate in education or instructional technologies is desirable, but not required. Capable of instructing individuals on the use of basic office copier/printing equipment using standardized lesson plans and curriculum provided. A friendly, personable and professional demeanor
