Customer Insights/Research Manager 360i (www.360i.com) is looking for a Customer Insights Manager to lead the development of innovative, customized research that provides actionable insights for many of our our Fortune 500 clients (like NBC, MTV, Coke, Ralph Lauren, H&R Block and JCPenney). The Customer Insights Manager must have experience utilizing primary and secondary data across multiple sources including digital/blog "buzz", to deliver smart, qualitative interpretation that resonates with clients and brands. This key role requires a person who thrives on motivating research analysts teams as well as working directly with clients, who is comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative data, and who understands the dynamics of the digital marketing sector. The ideal candidate has experience providing industry leading research initiatives which power strategic thinking for creative/campaigns cross all digital media. The Customer Insights Manager reports to the Director of Customer Insights.
