As a Customer Sales Representative at our Universal City call center, you will represent our client, a prominent financial services provider, by answering questions and offering related products/services to upgrade or enhance customers’ accounts.
Training schedules: 7 am or 3:30 pm
Early-bird shifts: 6 amâ€"3 pm
Professional paid training
Tuition reimbursement
Paid time off
Job Requirements
Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting goals is a plus
Previous financial services experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Must meet minimum age requirement for project and/or location of project
Ability to score acceptably on job-related testing assessments including data entry, spelling, reading comprehension, sales aptitude and cognitive ability testing
Knowledge of computer keyboard and mouse
Ability to work flexible schedules that may include working at least one weekend day
Ability to clearly communicate using a clear, distinct voice
