Job Description
Act as a liaison among sales representatives, customers and plant production personnel. receives, processes and expedites delivery of orders to ensure customer satisfaction. Builds and maintains specification files. Orders cutting dies and print plates. Provides cost estimates to sales. Answers queries, handles complaints ensures customer satisfaction. Responsible for inventory management and will be actively involved in total quality process and continuous improvement of customer confidence.
Job Requirements
High school education or equivalent experience required. Must have strong verbal communication skills, particularly on the telephone. Must be detail oriented and possess solid personal computer skills. Customer service experience or knowledge of the container industry required. Other behavioral competencies include: tolerance for stress, practical learning, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork and planning and organizing.
