Job Description:
Utilize outbound automated dialer system to contact persons who have completed an online information form regarding our loan products. Answer questions, provide information (such as store locations, descriptions of the products, etc.) and encourage potential customers to visit one of our convenient retail outlets. “On-the-job" training is provided.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Six months call center experience (inbound or outbound; collections, sales, reservations, customer service, etc.)
- One year of sales or customer service experience (call center, retail, “front desk", etc.)
- Positive time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to type and talk at same time, and stay focused in a busy (possibly distracting) atmosphere
- Must pass a credit and criminal background check
Preferences:
- Two years or more experience working in a call center
- Two years or more sales experience (may be same as above)
Training Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 12:00noon
Work Schedule (Post training):
Tuesday through Friday, 8:00am to 12:00noon; Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm
