RESPONSIBILITIES Georgia Pacific is looking for motivated individuals to deliver superior customer service at our Albion facility. The Customer Service Rep interacts with customers to anticipate needs and deliver satisfactory results.� The CSR will be responsible for order entry, as well as regular communications with the customers regarding their orders.� � EDUCATION This position requires a High school diploma or equivalent.�2 years or more of college preferred.� � BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Previous customer service experience preferred.�Previous customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.�� � KNOWLEDGE � SKILLS - ABILITIES
Proficiency in MSOffice applications Must possess strong communication skills (verbal and written) Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills Must be comfortable working with a computer and working with multiple applications Must be detail oriented
