The Customer Service Representative / CSR will work closely with customers by phone to:
Place orders
Answer questions

Customer Service Representative / CSR Qualifications:

Excellent oral communication skills
Professional phones etiquette
Data entry skills
Problem solving skills and proven time management
Proven ability to work in a team environment
2-3 years of customer service experience required
