Job Description
Customer Service Representatives needed for a long term project with a large financial services firm. Candidates must be available and interested in working parttime dayshift hours.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities: Representatives will be responsible for taking inbound calls from shareholders regarding their investments.
Hours: Training will be for 5 weeks(paid) Monday-Friday 10am-4:30pm. Upon successful completion of training candidates will be assigned a 4 hour shift between the hours of 8:30am and 6pm.
Requirements: Candidates must have at least 1 year of prior customer service experience. Call center experience is a big plus. Microsoft Word,and data entry skills needed.
