Job Description
Provides service to internal and external customers to achieve division business objectives and to meet customer performance expectations; liason for external customers and internal manufacturing operations, scheduling and logistics. Interprets customer requests, monitors performance and proactively communicates suggestions and issues to internal and external customers.
Job Requirements
Proactively provides mutually acceptable solutions to customer issues that impact delivery performance. Facilitate the coordination of scheduling, shipping and manufacturing to ensure shipment dates, schedules and reconciling of any shipping concerns. Facilitates daily production meetings to determine daily shipments. Ensures accuracy of dates, pricing and quantities in the systems. Identifies and implements continous improvement ideas; participates and supports continuous improvements activities. Performs customer service administration activities. Req.
