QUIK CASH, a growing consumer lending company is looking for an energetic, positive PART-TIME and FULL-TIME Customer Service Representatives to join our team in the POST FALLS area. This is an entry-level position that has great management potential for the right person!
We are looking for an individual that can work 20 - 25 hours per week. Someone with a strong customer focus, work ethic and team player! Competitive base pay plus performance based bonus plan that is paid monthly!
Job duties include:
- conducting customer transactions,
- assisting with collections on past due loans, and
- ensuring loans are in compliance with company and federal, state, and local laws.
If you have strong customer service skills, and experience in banking, retail, rent-to-own, consumer lending, or collections - we want to talk to you!
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work flexible hours and:
- strong customer service skills,
- previous payday loans experience,
- cash handling experience,
- experience in collections,
- retail or restaurant service experience,
- reliable transportation,
- and be able to work with minimal supervision.
