Job Description
Performs a variety of duties to assist customers on banking floor and to promote and sell bank products and services.
Opens new accounts, i.e. checking, savings, certificate of deposit and IRA's.
Inputs new account and CIF information on platform terminal.
Sells bonds and traveler's checks.
Responds to customer inquiries and requests relating to existing accounts.
Discusses/sells consumer loan products to existing and prospective customers.
Responsible for achieving individual sales, referral and service quality goals.
Job Requirements
Excellent client service orientation, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
Solid qualitative, quantitative, and problem solving skills.
High level of integrity.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Basic personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
Minimum of one year retail customer service experience required.
Banking experience preferred.
