Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
-
Order entry, processing and shipment tracking (using internal database software)
-
Provide administrative and sales/marketing support (quotes, sales reports, direct mail, etc.)

Provide technical support to customers and sales team
-
Loaner equipment tracking (records maintenance)
-
Learn and comply with company policies, FDA and ISO regulations
-
Communicate availability of new products, new pricing and promotions to customers
-
Extensive telephone and e-mail duties
Job Requirements
Ideal candidate will have Bachelor's degree, 5 years of similar experience and have an above-average ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills are essential.
