Job Description
International designer, manufacturer and importer of fine rugs headquartered in Dallas seeks a mature and experienced Customer Service Representative to build and maintain solid relationships with internal and external clients by responding to their concerns and questions with accuracy, professionalism and efficiency. Representatives are responsible for order entry, detailed record keeping of all customer contact including updating online records and maintaining files. CSR will work directly with clients across the globe to track outbound and inbound shipments. Responsibilities will increase and shift depending on workload. Bilingual skills in Spanish are preferred but not required.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have very strong interpersonal skills, be an excellent verbal and written communicator, and have two years experience in and success with customer service.
Self-discipline and excellent work ethic are a must. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel required. Must have excellent phone etiquette.
