Job Description
Jacobson Solutions is currently seeking customer focused professionals to fill immediate temporary and temp-to-hire openings in our client's customer care center. The CSRs will work in a high-energy environment servicing credit union members and answering calls regarding insurance products and insurance needs.
Job Requirements
Applicants must possess the following skill set:
No less than two years of on-the-job experience as a customer service representative or in a call center environment. Insurance industry experience is strongly preferred. Bilingual is also preferred, but not required.
