Job Description
Alps Logistics is part of the global Alps Group specializing in providing integrated logistics services for electronic components suppliers. We are currently seeking one Sr. Customer Service Representative (this position has direct reports) and three Customer Service Representatives.
Positions primarily responsible for, but not limited to, the following areas:
Job Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2-5 years Automotive Industry experience.
- Must be able to effectively read, write and interpret documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication. English/Spanish bi-lingual prefferd.
- Strong work ethic with good time management. Basic math skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word. Experience with SAP a plus
- Self-motivated team player who demonstrates initiative and flexibility.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks is required.
- Will be required to travel for training.
