The Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with customers, initially and most importantly, in regards to lease purchase and retail sales. This individual is also responsible for assisting customers with inquiries regarding their lease agreements, accepting payments, processing order forms, filing, faxing, answering the phone, and maintaining the appearance of the showroom.
Typical work schedule for a CSR is 40-45 hours/week working 5 days a week with every Sunday off and one day off during the week.
Previous retail sales experience a plus!
