ؠ����� Develop and maintain CBASE related activities including data management of flights, aircrafts, services and other related information for diverse accounts.
ؠ����� Audit all CBASE entered data for scheduling, specification and BOM outputs to ensure consistency with Link and resulting data and documentation is timely and accurate
ؠ����� Develop and distribute CBASE customer specifications manuals and galley and loading diagrams based on customer-defined provisioning and equipment
ؠ����� Coordinate ongoing data changes with Program Management Team members to maintain data consistency within Link/ACE and CBASE.
ؠ����� Gain thorough understanding of multiple customer requirements and related system(s), develop/utilize best practice processes as applicable, and maintain in company systems
ؠ����� Interface with cross functional teams to produce comprehensive “Output Kit” to all customers (internal/external)
ؠ����� Interact with customers both internal and external.
ؠ����� Produce and distribute customer cost sheets and MPLs in a timely manner, ensuring consistency of data output between CBASE and Link for both for internal and external purposes, to facilitate timely and accurate billing
ؠ����� Gain thorough understanding of multiple customer requirements and related system(s), develop/utilize best practice processes as applicable, and maintain in company systems
ؠ����� Create an environment of teamwork and collaboration that drives continuous improvement and generates recommendations for further improvements
ؠ����� Maintain customer profile information in company systems including price formulas, scheduling parameters, etc.
ؠ����� Support CSC as needed on new program launches
ؠ����� Assist in various problem solving activities

Job Requirements

ؠ����� Related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and experience preferred
ؠ����� Extensive experience with AirServ, Link, ACE and ARIS preferred
ؠ����� Self motivated, able to prioritize and multitask activities, strong attention to detail
ؠ����� Good understanding of data structures particularly Master / Sub-master relationships
