Job Description
The Wholesale Lending division of a well established mortgage company located in the Las Colinas area of Irving, TX is looking for energetic, professional, goal oriented persons to fill Government Underwriting positions.
5-7 Years FHA government underwriting experience preferred and 3-5 Years FHA and Conventional product knowledge and experience preferred. Current in-depth experience with DU and LP is required as well as complete knowledge of current FHA lending guidelines. FHA Direct Endorsement designation is required. Great working environment, good benefits, team oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
No relocation package available for this position.
