Demand Planner and Inventory Analyst
Responsibilities: Daily creation of fresh-cut produce manufacturing schedule; coordinates changes in production schedule to help manufacturing, raw materials, customer service and logistics teams achieve targets; daily analysis of finished goods inventory age and assortment; will also be involved in related functions such as managing packaging inventory replenishment.
Work environment: Manufacturing; food; fresh produce; perishable goods
Skills: Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office products, a great communicator (email and phone), and have the ability to think clearly and quickly.
The right candidate will be analytical by nature; detail-oriented; an excellent communicator; able to be productive without regular, direct, on-site supervision; self-motivating; interested in working in a fast-growing company where the happiest people are encouraged by ambiguity and see opportunity for improvement when faced with moderate levels to chaos. After all, this IS fresh produce!
