Description of Assignment
We currently have a full time benefitted clinical manager position for a chronic dialysis units in the Long Beach, CA area. Come work for an established and known dialysis company for your next job! Plenty to see and do in Long Beach!
Responsibilities include oversight of nursing and technical services for patient treatment, development and periodic revision of policies and procedures with Regional Directors/Medical Directors to assure consistent, effective and safe operation of the facility.
This Person will identify and plan for prompt corrective responses to any issues with building or system safety. Act as liaison with patients, participate in budget formulation, oversee staffing, inventory management, and compliance procedures. Additionally, open communication is maintained with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure best patient care.
Ability to lead and set an outstanding example for team to follow. Excellent communication skills and decision making abilities. All managers receive initial and ongoing training

Job Requirements
Current California state RN licensure
Minimum 2 years chronic dialysis experience
Excellent communications, customer service, decision-making and teambuilding skills, with a focus on continuous quality improvement
Strong management/leadership skills
A desire to work for the worldwide leader in dialysis care
