Job Description
Sodexo is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Mgr for HHC Gouveneur Healthcare Facility. Responsibilities include managing the clinical nutrition services and 2 RD�s, as well as provide nutritional care to the long term care residents. Position is ~ 40% hands-on clinical & 60% mgmt. Ideal candidate will be an RD with long term care clinical experience and management experience. Seeking bi-lingual candidates; the ability to communicate in Cantonese or Mandarin will assist in managing this workforce.
Position Summary:
Coordinates and directs the efforts of clinical and patient care dietitians, as well as other staff members within one or two sites. Responsible for meeting JCAHO/state/federal and company standards. This position is the primary liaison with medical and nursing staff.
Basic Education Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree
Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required:
1 year of lead hourly/supervisory/management experience
Basic Functional Experience Required:
2 years work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian.Position Posting Title: Clinical Nutrition Manager 2
