But more than speed, we focus our energies on accuracy. Currently we are seeking a Director, Operations Effectiveness. This position is located in Madison, NJ. Main Duties This position will represent the Quest Diagnostics and the Operations function in the absence of Vice President of Operations. The individual will lead project, consulting and/or planning teams for current or new business opportunities. Direct special projects (e.g. project reshape) for the Vice President, as well as execute key business processes such as the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan. Required Knowledge BS/BAA respected and credible business leader with strong broad business skills (business acumen).Ability to think strategically (strategic agility) and execute collaboratively. Successful experience implementing enterprise-wide initiatives and projects across complex business environments, including a matrixed business structure. Strong process orientation. Excellent Quantitative ability.- Ability to develop relationships and influence key stakeholders across multiple functions.
Required Experience 7-10 years experience. Progressive experience in a broad range of laboratory/ healthcare business venues which may include sales, business development, P&L, customer relations, and billing.Successful experience implementing enterprise-wide initiatives and projects across complex business environments, including a matrixed business structure. New business development experience.- Strong project management skills. Greenbelt or Blackbelt Certification (preferred).
