Job Requirements
Requirements
* Working knowledge of Federal and State regulations as well as reimbursement (Managed Care, Medicare and Medicaid) with regard to skilled nursing facility
* Working knowledge of admission paperwork completion process
* Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Possess close professional relationships within the medical and general community
* Effective occupancy/bed management skills
* Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
* Record of Strategic Sales Plan development and implementation
* Positive team player
* Fluent in English
