The Director of Admissions (DOA) will be responsible for all aspects of student acquisition and fulfillment of the admission goals. The DOA and Admissions Team will represent programs to potential students that foster student learning and the opportunity to launch, enhance, or change careers. What you will do:
Motivate, mentor, and coach team to attain admission goals. Establish team responsibility, leadership, and performance. Responsible for on-going hiring, training and professional development of admissions staff. Interact effectively with Financial Aid and all other departments. Responsible for various reports to ensure the Executive Director and Home Office are updated.

Job Requirements
Skills and Experience you will need:
Bachelor’s degree required. Track record of skill in managing admissions team in a fast-paced, performance driven environment. Patience and problem-solving approach to admissions issues. 5+ years experience as a successful Admissions Representative in a proprietary school. Minimum 2 years experience leading an admissions team or other comparable successful sales experience will be considered. 2+ years as a Director of Admissions in a proprietary school. Familiarity with Commitment Based Selling a plus. Highly organized, with the ability to consistently multi-task. Strong goal and results orientation. Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism Highly motivated, and passionate about achieving strict goals and deadlines for the Admissions team. Persuasive communication skills, with a strong customer focus.
