Director of Business Development - National Sales
Bullock Personnel, San Antonio's Leading Direct Hire firm, is looking for a Director of Business Development for a dynamic healthcare services company who has grow over 500% since 2005. Our client company is a leader in the healthcare services industry with a plan to triple in size over the next 5 years. They have a unique company culture of 'can-do' attitudes, team work, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Provide a consultative sales approach to C-suite prospects. Take the sale from lead generation, through relationship building, to RFP status, to the closing of the sale, and then through the transition to the client services team.
Compensation will consist of base salary and commissions which should yield income of $300,000-$500,000 by the third year. This is a virtual-home based position, so all geographic locations are welcome to apply.
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of sales and business development experience in the national healthcare industry.
- A track record of business development and execution with the C-suite.
- Outstanding professionalism and communication skills.
- Experience selling services and handling multimillion dollar sales.
- Ability to development and deliver exceptional sales presentations.
- Established relationships within the healthcare industry.
