A small yet unusually efficient hospital with great leaders - seeks a Laboratory Director to be in charge of Transfusion Services, Chemistry, Hematology/Coagulation, Microbiology/Serology, Urinalysis and Phlebotomy, Histology/Anatomic Pathology. Four years of work in a hospital lab and two years of supervisory/management experience is needed plus a BS in Med. Tech. and ASCP. The position reports to the VP and oversees 30 FTE's. This Director will be an excellent mentor , will oversee the lab. information system, and will be strong financially.
