DIRECTOR OF NURSING
Looking for a career and not just a job? Join our team as our Director of Nursing at Wildflower Court. We are a certified Eden facility with 57 skilled beds located on the edge of the forest in the Salmon Creek area of Juneau.
Our DON must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures; laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
Responsibilities include developing, organizing, and implementing programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, as well as financial and talent management necessary for providing quality care. Infection control, QI, MDS experience necessary.
Prior supervisory experience in a long term healthcare setting is required. You must have a strong commitment to teamwork and shared success.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing.
- A minimum of two years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
- Must be knowledgeable of current nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
