We are currently seeking a Director of Nursing for our client a skilled nursing facility South of Dallas. They pride themselves in giving the personal touch that is rarely found in nursing care centers.
The candidate for this DON position must have a current TX RN License (or TX eligible), Director of Nursing experience in a SNF, strong clinical skills, MDS experience, strong organizational skills as well as the ability to lead the nursing team while educating and mentoring.
The chosen candidate will have a stable background, a solid regulatory record and experience building and maintaining quality census.
