Director of Nursing

Journey Healthcare, a proven leader in hospice and home health care, is expanding its leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical professional with a proven record of accomplishment in staff management and success in team building to serve as the Director of Nursing for our San Antonio hospice program.
This leadership position is responsible for the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of our Covington program. Will need to be organized, detail oriented, possess excellent communication skills and able to problem solve. Start up experience a plus. Working with our medical directors, this position leads a team of hospices nurses, social workers, home health aides, community education representatives, clergy and volunteers.

Job Requirements
Current Texas RN license and minimum of 3 years hospice management experience.
