• The Director of Operations is a leadership position responsible for overall healthcare organization and direction of home health agency operations and functions according to approved policies, procedures, and standards.
• Director also ensures delivery of quality care to patients, enhancement of business development, and continuous improvement of agency efficiency and fiscal success.

Job Requirements

• Future Director of Operations must have a Registered Nurse ( RN ) background and experience with at least one year supervisory or administrator experience in home health, hospice care, or related health programs.
• A minimum of three years experience as a Registered Nurse with one of those years consisting of full time experience in providing direct patient care in the home health setting.
• Other federal and state specific requirements will apply.
