Job Description
National Restaurant and Bar Concept has an immediate opening for a qualified Director of Operations to work from our Pittsburgh training facility. The Director of Operations will be responsible for the daily management of FOH and BOH staff including General Managers and Chef's. Daily implementation of whole house training and support programs including marketing and sales strategy. Cooperative efforts with the site expansion team with respect to new unit development would be an integral function of this position.
Job Requirements
Minimum of five years current experience working as a General Manager within the structure of a high volume national concept and at least two years experience as a multi unit Manager. Strong skill set in beverage sales and BOH management is a must.
