Job Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing required for Director I; Director II and above requires Master’s Degree
2. Current licensure through the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas
3. At least five years of progressive clinical experience
4. MHHS Leadership Certification and ongoing leadership training/program/hours (within first 2 years of employment)
5. Professional Certification in clinical area or management
6. Demonstrates commitment to the Partners-in-Caring process by integrating both Behaviors and Operating Principles in all internal and external customer interactions. Performs duties with accountability, competency, innovation, collaboration, compassion and respect to create the best possible outcomes with exceptional customer experiences.
