Job Description
Director of Physical Plant The Heritage at Lowman a Continuing Care Retirement Community located 10 miles west of Columbia SC is looking for a highly motivated professional to join the management team. The position is responsible for directing the overall maintenance operations and environmental services ofthe existing physical plant and new construction as it comes on-line. The ideal candidate will have a related degree and proven facilities and team management skills, knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, working knowledge of OSHA regulations and experience in securing bids and contractors.
