Job Description
Position: Experienced Disability Representative
Advanced Patient Advocacy is seeking a highly motivated individual who demonstrates success with representing people applying for Social Security Disability including effectively arguing claims in front of Administrative Law Judges.
The position is located in Richmond, Virginia.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years prior experience and:

has a law degree or has completed the non-attorney fee withholding demonstration project requirements

has composed briefs to the Appeals Council
-
can prepare requests for On The Record decisions
-
is able to maintain a moderately sized caseload
-
can travel in and out of state frequently
