We are excited to announce that at this time we partnering with LEO Pharma Inc to looking for District Managers to join our team of over 7,000 global field representatives in several regions, making over 20 million product presentations annually for our pharmaceutical, device and biotech clients.   In this role you will be supporting LEO Pharma Inc a globally, leading pharmaceutical company within Dermatology.  You may also have the opportunity to become part of their team at the end of contract.

 

District Sales Manager

 

The District Manager provides leadership and strategic direction to sales representatives in order to achieve performance objectives. They monitor district progress towards meeting and exceeding sales plans and forecasts; this is accomplished by achieving field day requirements and through effective coaching, mentoring & utilization of resources aligned with our customer's expectations.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • 4 year degree required, scientific degree a plus
  • 2 years of District Management experience in a specialized therapeutic area required
  • 3 plus years of pharmaceutical sales experience with ability to show proven sales performance over time required, Dermatology Sales experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a district towards meeting and exceeding objectives
  • Strong leadership, planning and organization, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and council sales representatives in the field to reinforce product knowledge, core selling message and role model best practices
  • Strong work ethic and customer focus orientation
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
