This role will support the newly created North American CMO organization, whose goal is to ensure Citi Consumer Banking, NA is a world-class marketing and customer-centric organization. CMO responsibilities include providing actionable insight and segmentation on our customers across the North American Consumer business lines; creating a clearly defined customer strategy across product and channels; developing and monitoring key customer metrics; and developing world class internet and mobile capabilities. The Internet Analyst is responsible for mining Internet data to better understand customer behavior on the Web in order to drive business strategy and define business impact. The analyst will use multiple data analysis techniques to derive actionable customer insight that can be applied across the North American Consumer businesses. The analyst will also focus on the online customer experience; the identification and use of new data sources; and serving as subject matter expert on the uses and metrics of web data. **NOTE** The information listed within this description summary is intended to indicate the general nature and level of work. Job Requirements
- 5 - 10 years analytic experience; significant experience with Web analytic tools and methods.
- Demonstrated high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
- Knowledge of database structures (DB2) and familiarization with SQL, Visual Basic and Microsoft Access a plus.
- Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to synthesize and interpret multiple sources of information.
- Understanding of P&L drivers for North American Consumer businesses.
- Ability to think conceptually, develop data-driven insights and translate insights into actions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop analytic frameworks and conceptualize new ideas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong influencing and partnership skills.
- Bachelor's Degree Required
