We are currently hiring for our brand an eCommerce Web Producer to join our World-Class Company.
Position Summary:
Serve as e-Commerce Web Producer for web sites and other Private Label web stores residing on the iPrint technology platform.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
Responsible for usability and customer experience of the web sites. Make recommendations and perform html/css coding to implement improvements to online merchandising efforts, overall site layout, and user experience based on web analytics data and usability studies. Recommend and implement website changes required for Search Engine Optimization. (60%)
Build new customizable products for & private label sites. (20%)
Work with internal and external customers to develop specifications and project plans for web development projects. (10%)
Lead cross-functional teams that include programmers, designers and product managers. (10%)
Complete other duties as assigned by manager.
Education & Knowledge Required:
Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
3-5 years experience in e-commerce, web publishing/merchandising.
Experience / Skills / Abilities Required:
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in Web editorial and project management
Understanding of Web production and deployment principles
Experience in user interface design and usability testing
Understanding of Web best practices, standards, and information
architecture
Strong hands-on knowledge and practice of Web technologies including HTML/CSS
Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate and scope Web development
work
Experience with content management systems
Strong written & oral communication as well as presentation skills
Extremely detail-oriented
Strong SEO knowledge
Experience with Web Analytics Solutions (ex. Google Analytics, Unica, Webtrends, Omniture).
Communication & Contacts Required:
Communicates with iPrint marketing, customer service, and iPrint technology department. Communication with outside suppliers/vendors/partners and other Harland Clarke departments might be required.
