Job Description
National law firm with a top tier benefits practice is looking for an employee benefits attorney with between 5 and eight years of sophisticated EB experience. Practice focuses on all areas of employee benefits work; executive compensation, health and welfare issues, qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, profit-sharing and 401(k) plans, ESOPs and health and welfare benefit plans, including so-called Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangements (MEWAs) of trade and industry organizations, equity and incentive compensation plans, severance arrangements, change in control agreements and executive employment contracts.
Job Requirements
- Must have outstanding law school credentials and prefer big firm experience. The position will be located in Ohio
