Employment Coordinator Responsibilities include:
- Recruit, screen, test, conduct reference and background verifications on all candidates considered for employment
- Post jobs with recruiters and on job boards weekly, track postings
- Administer work behavior surveys and email results to hiring managers
- Extensive phone communication with candidates, recruiters, and managers
- Steady data entry into applicant flow logs
- Scheduling phone interviews and pre-employment testing for qualified candidates
- Managing conflicting schedules to promptly process candidates for testing
- Maintaining applicant flow databases
- Preparing internal & external communications via email and outgoing letters
- Administrative support for the HR Manager
- Will be involved with Affirmative Action data review to prepare AAP
Job Requirements
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field

Prior experience in Corporate recruiting with an average of 10 open positions at a time preferred

Ability to balance sensitivity to people and their problems with business needs and goals fairly and consistently

Superb communication skills required - both spoken and written

Excellent computer skills – especially in Excel and Outlook
