Electrical Engineering Manager
Seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager, leading a team of highly technical electrical engineers responsible for designing, modifying, and testing a variety of mobile phone products; protocols include iDEN, CDMA, GSM, and Android. This candidate will work closely with staff engineers (all disciplines), senior management, customers, and suppliers.
Minimum Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited educational institution.


Mechanical Engineer

Seeking Mechanical Engineers that have current cell phone design experience ranging from 6 to 12 years; looking for 2 senior and 2 junior MEs.

Job Requirements

Engineering Mgr: 10+ years direct experience with design, development, and test of mobile phone products.
Hands on technical expertise in the areas of:  Hardware design process from initial concept to design verification, broad knowledge of analog, digital and RF electrical experience, contract manufacturing processes and quality goals and metrics.
Strong self-starter with proven technical leadership.  
Experience managing a team of engineers in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to multitask, this includes working on a variety of projects / products at one time.
Able to resolve complex technical and project issues by coming up with work arounds while working with others to satisfy requirements and customer needs.
Willing to work with off-shore teams (Asia), this includes frequent conference calls in the evenings and possible travel to Asia.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), and must be comfortable interfacing with customers, suppliers, and senior management. Strong presentation skills are desired.

Mechancial Engineer: Minimum Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited educational institution.
6-12 years direct and current experience with design, development, and test of mobile phone products.
Pro/E Wildfire expertise (the one exception is if candidate has 10+ years direct mobile phone design experience on a different CAD tool).  
Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to multitask, this includes working on a variety of projects / products at one time.
Willing to work with off-shore teams (Asia), this may include conference calls and travel to Asia.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
