Kelly Engineering Resources has excellent contract opportunities for Inside Sales - Parts Support Specialists in Racine, WI. Our Customer is an industry leader in the manufacture of agricultural and construction equipment.
Job Scope:
This position will be an inside Parts Sales role making outbound calls to dealers who have less than $250,000 annual parts sales volume and taking inbound calls as it applies to Customer Parts & Service business. The goal of this group is to maximize profitability and increase market share by focusing on dealers with high potential and low contact frequency from Customer field organization due to geographic location.
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a territory parts business plan for the dealers by helping to identify and evaluate all new parts business growth opportunities. * Continuous growth of regional AOP part sales. * Leverage integrated marketing of total dealership offerings to grow dealer service sales. * Assist dealers in establishing key customer relationships with targeted contact management. * Assist dealer in identifying strategic account management. * Gather market intelligence for corporate parts/service marketing development. * Develop and deploy actionable plans that improve the profitability of the dealers' parts department, as well as, influence dealer to embrace product support retail growth to 100% absorption through parts department. * Implement parts programs and follow up as necessary to ensure timely initiatives are taken to become competitive and knowledgeable of competitive parts practices and programs. * Provide input for corporate reports and forecasts for management reporting as necessary. * Focus on activities and strategies that will result in revenue growth and make Customer the preferred supplier of parts for each dealership.
Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree required * Ability to relocate in 18 to 24 months * 1 to 2 years experience in inside Sales or equivalent work experience. Agricultural business background desired. * Results oriented * Excellent organizational and negotiation skills * Positive Attitude * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Understanding of Excel, Power Point, and Word * Self Starter, demonstrates initiative and commitment to increase Part Sales and Customer Satisfaction
