Job Description
Aumni Innovation Group is looking for career-minded individuals who are in search of a fun yet professional environment with rapid advancement.
Looking for recent college, business minded, graduates with a degree in: business, marketing, sales, management, or 3 + years of experience in outside sales. We are looking to expand our company and open more locations in throughout south FL. We are willing to train the right candidate but having the business mindset is a must. This position involves face to face sales to business customers.
Aumni Innovation Group is looking to hire immediately for recent grads who have a strong business mindset to help improve our customer retention and acquisition and to increase our brand effectiveness.
We cross-train candidates in areas of sales, marketing, mentoring, entrepreneurship, and leadership. This cross-training allows candidates to advance within the company to a senior role within a year.Pay based on performance.
