Assists manager in planning, organizing, developing and maintaining programs for efficient, productive utilization of staff in providing 4 for 4 client service and performance. Responsible for assisting in the supervision, development, mentoring and evaluation of staff members. Responsible for preparation of scope and fee estimates. Manage budgets, schedules, communications and documentation. Coordinates work efforts and reviews work of others. Understands and assists with all aspects of the profession within the office, including business development initiatives, project management, technical applications and design applications. Coordinates among leadership within the group, office and the company on a regular basis. Leads special assignments on behalf of the group, office and division. Responsible for the hiring, supervision, development, evaluation, and termination of staff members, as well as establishing and approving budgets for the group.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong and successful experience working with WSDOT on environmental clearance projects.
• Experience with design-build in Washington State or elsewhere.
• Experience managing complex tasks including budgeting, billing, and managing sub-consultants.
• Experience working on proposal development, including scope, schedule, and budget estimation.
• Heavy construction related experience including CESCL certification desired.
• Enhanced interpersonal skills, as demonstrated by a strong internal and external client satisfaction experience.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Biology, Environmental Science plus 10+ years related experience.
