Job Description
Escrow Assistant
HOURS: 12p-9p (Monday - Friday)
Duties may include opening title orders, obtaining title work, sending out requests for information, issuing title policies, data entry, preparation and delivery of final closing package to the lender, sending documents out for recording and disbursing all checks as necessary. Excellent communication skills and knowledge of standard terminology commonly used in land title insurance industry required.
Working in a high volume, production environment.
Job Requirements
MUST be able to work the scheduled hours (12p-9p Monday - Friday)
MUST be able to provide seven years verifiable employment history (dates, names, numbers).
