Estimator/ Sales /Business Development

Our clients consider us problem solvers in the maintenance and repair of the aging structure inventory in the Portlan, OR area. We self-perform 90% of our work and have one of the industries most aggressive PM programs for large projects.

Western is committed to training its employees on industry best practices through an in-house program. You will be exposed to a variety of aspects of the project--Business Development, Estimating, Project Management and Closeout.

Job Requirements

If your credentials include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• General construction experience in the general contracting industry
• Hands-on experience in production/sales in the concrete & masonry repair industry(s)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
