Evening Call Center Manager
Description:
The Evening Call Center Manager will be responsible for all phases of recruiting for marketing research projects.
Primary responsibilities will include hiring, training, and managing of call center employee's to meet production and quality goals within the recruitment process. The 15 station call center requires the management of 20 - 30 employees with the assistance of an existing call center supervisor.
Other responsibilities would include assisting with the execution of these research projects and the continual building of the participant database.
The call center's role is to contact local residents who have signed up with our database to come in and participate in research projects. Examples of the types of research projects conducted include focus groups, taste tests, Ad testing, and more.
Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent (some college preferred)
Strong computer, data entry, interpersonal and telephone skills required.
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.

HS Diploma
1-2 years of experience in a management capacity preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Call Center experience a plus
